Small Man Takes On The Internet

He might be only three feet high, but Prince is ready to unleash his considerable wrath, and possibly his knob, at those pesky internet types who keep publishing his material without permission. It seems there aren't enough hours in the day for the Purple One to exhibit his might and power. He can play for three hours every night at the O2 stadium and still take on the monstrous Google empire and their YouTube franchise singlehandedly.

It seems if people want to see Prince they have to go see Prince. That's what Prince thinks. And he is funky.

"Prince believes strongly that as an artist the music rights must remain with the artist and thus copyrights should be protected across the board," said a spokesman for the 'Kiss' singer.

Why stop at YouTube Prince? Why not take Ebay on too!

"We are not targeting fans who might want to sell their copy of Purple Rain," explained John Giacobbi, managing director of Web Sheriff, "we are targeting companies in China manufacturing Prince handbags and selling them in their thousands. There is a distinction to be drawn there."
